I am looking for a good semi rifle or a good 12 guage shotgun for a low to moderate price. I will be using it to hunt and also as emergency personal protection. Anybody know of any good ones?

the barrel comes off easy enough, but i’m not sure how to get to the magazine plug and spring.

can u commit suicide using a shotgun? aint the barrel like too big and if u point it at urself wouldnt that place the trigger too far away from u to pull it easy, and then cuz its a shotgun and its facing ur way i think u’d be pushing the trigger then pulling it (the trigger being too far away),

I have a Belgium Browning Auto-5 12ga. semi auto shotgun. A few years ago, I shot it and I didn’t realize there was a piece of dirt in the muzzle. Thus, the end of the barrel blew slightly apart. I don’t want to saw the damaged part off, and I don’t want to buy a new barrel. I don’t need it re-choked because I don’t plan on shooting it ever again. I just want it restored to look normal–if that’s possible. This gun means a lot to me because my deceased grandfather gave it to me. Can a machine/fabrication shop do this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I need only the bayonet lug. The lug also is the cap that screws on at the end of the magazine. I want to put it on my mossberg 500 because the 500′s do not come with one. Please help me find one. Thanks.

I’m in the market for a new toy and I can’t decide whether I want to go tactical shotgun for home defense or long range high-cal rifle for sporting. I’ve looked at the Remington 870s with the pistol grips as a shotgun and then also some .308 and .50 cal rifles but I just can’t make up my mind. Any suggestions or advice?
Also, keep in mind I need to keep it below 00 so that will probably eliminate most of the higher-end rifles.

ya, 10rounds without a magazine tube extender isn’t available.. but I was thinking of adding on a magazine tube extender.
