Im only talking about PUMP shotguns that have ONLY a pistol grip with no stock. Like a mossberg 500 cruiser.

A pump with the pistol grip is legal, if you had a semi-auto with a detachable magazine and a pistol grip, it would qualify as an assault weapon, and wouldn’t be, but the Mossberg is fine.

A semi-auto with pistol grip is fine in CA too, but you cannot have ANY detachable mag semi auto shotgun in CA, period.
In semi auto, the minimum length may be 30" too. But as far as a pistol grip pump shotgun goes, if it’s sold in a store, it’s legal.

I’m pretty sure it is. I saw a similar pistol grip only pump shotgun in the gun store Ade’s in Orange. The Logic: "if a local store sells it, it MUST be legal."
