Yes you can.
Just ring around your local gun shops. Alot of stores don’t stock them because many people don’t buy them. Cleaver firearms in QLD would most likely have one. however you are restricted to the amount of rounds that the weapon can store in the magazine. If my memory serves me correctly it is either 3 or 5. More than that and it becomes a cat D

Yes, to get a pump action shotgun you must either have a Category D licence which requires you be a occupational shooter or a Category C licence which is for primary producers, occupational shooters, collectors and professional sporting shooters.
Category D licences allows you to possess:
Semi-automatic centrefire rifles, pump-action/semi-automatic shotguns holding more than 5 rounds.
Category C licences allow you to possess:
Semi-automatic rimfire rifles holding 10 or fewer rounds and pump-action or semi-automatic shotguns holding 5 or fewer rounds.
