Can a Remington 870 Express with a normal stock be easily interchanged with a folding stock and pistol grip?

This is the particular shotgun in question: http://www.remington.com/products/firearms/shotguns/model_870/model_870_express_synthetic_18inch.asp
I am basically asking if the stock on this shotgun can be easily interchanged with a folding stock and pistol grip if later desired. Easily to me is defined as no gunsmith work required.

I own that exact same shotgun and yes its easy. It took me about a half hour. I bought an ATI folding stock and a pistol grip fore grip… It was an easy conversion…. —- I should point out I was somewhat disappointed…. It was ok holding it on your side at waist height and firing but it was crappy when shouldered for regular use. The place where the stock meets the receiver kept hitting me in the cheek leaving a small bruise…. It was uncomfortable firing it that way…… It was a big waste of money…. Sure it looks cool in the movies but in real life it was crap…… I have a Mossberg 500 Persuader with a 20 inch barrel and use that most of the time now. I left the Remington 870 modified but dont use it very much – it looks cool and in pistol grip mode near your waist its cool but thats all….. I know this may sound expensive but do what I did…. Get 2 shotguns. Buy that 870 your looking at and then get another that is pistol grip only with NO folding stock…

It’s as easy as removing the stock bolt and stock, and putting the new stock on and screwing in the bolt. Maybe 10 minutes of work.
You can do it.
