Can airsoft shotguns be used as ur main weapon?

i have a small 175 fps automatic gun i just bought but im gonna need a better weapon, so could i use a high powered shotgun as my main?

Acually if your not playing like real tournys and playing with your freinds then yes.
A good shotgun in the 30 dollar range is the utg shotguns.

If you have about $300 you can buy a 400 FPS semi-auto/full-auto assault rifle that can fire well over 600 rounds per minute. They also come in full metal so it’s not that plastic crap. The only downside is that you have to charge it before you use it because it runs on electric. Besides that, carry just a spring-loaded pistol or a blowback Co2 pistol as your sidearm. Some thing with 250-400 FPS.

No because they do not have the same you can get out of a rifle.

Yeah you can tons of people do it ecspeacially in cqb. But a 175 one might not cut it try…..
