They aren't intended to kill anything. It may be possible that they would have enough energy to break a small lizard's neck, but I doubt it. If you want to shoot and kill a lizard, get a pellet gun that fires lead pellets, like the Crosman 2100 or Daisy 880, and use that. Airsoft guns use low-mass, soft-rubber BBs.
