could you take a remington 870 express youth 20 gauge shotgun and turn it into a home defense gun?

i know they sell a lot of parts for the remington 870, but a youth model? whats a good store?
looking for flashlight, pistol grip, side saddle (for ammo), maybe more..

Now don’t quote me but I believe you can attach anything from a normal size 870 to a youth model.

Yes, all you have to do is load it up. If you’re looking for all sorts of fancy bells and whistles, well, differant story.
You can tape or clamp a good flashlight to it, and you really don’t need anything else.
