Did Browning ever make a double barrel 410 gauge shotgun?

   Yes, the Superposed (1960-76), several Citoris (1973-2001) and the new Cynergy (2007-date) over and under.

   Browning currently sells many doubles in the .410 bore, however they have never made double barrel shotguns. They are made by Miroku.
