Does anyone know of a good pump airsoft shotgun that shoots 5 rounds at a time without gas or batteries?

no, but you can get 3-shot shotguns that are pump (spring) from airsplat. here is a the page on the site that lists all the spring guns. in that list are multiple 3-shot shotguns. its your choice for which one you pick. Oh yea they are all well under $100. they range from 50-65 dollars
