Weapon attachments are chosen in your create-a-class settings. Choose a weapon and the next menu will show the attachments available for such a weapon. Once in game, you should be able to choose the attachment by pressing the right analog stick in a certain direction.
(Note that Shotgun and Grenade Launcher attachment can’t be on at the same time).
