How good and what is an “Airsoft Shotgun with Shells?”?

   To answer the 1st question, how good.
   Utterly worthless, they are useless against deer, elk, and any other game animal.

   To answer the 2nd question, what is.
   They are toys that shoot little plastic bb’s at ridiculously low fps.

   one with shells usually loads more ammo and fires 3-5 bbs at once read the product description
   my advice go TM spring 3 shot or a gas 5 shot

   There is no real difference in quality. You can get a good version with or without shells. The only advantage is magazine feed shotguns come with usually one magazine while shell loaded shotguns have 4-5 shells (magazines).
