I have problems reloading a shotgun sometimes in the field (deer slugs)?
Are there any decent clip-fed semi-auto shotguns out there? The only one I have seen is the Saiga 12.
How do these shotguns fare in the long run in terms of time? Do they beakdown alot?
Do they function well or is the action under-powered?
What R your experiences?

Benelli makes a clip fed but I’m not sure if it’s sold to the public. I don’t know of the brand you mentioned but there are others out there. The only clip fed I have use was an old Ithica bolt action goose gun. I couldn’t shoot slugs but 000 buck shot was really accurate out to 75 yards. Also keeping your action and gas ports clean is the main detail in any auto loader. Shotgun have a real dirty powder and can case jams. Good luck and happy hunting.

I remember one of my relatives having a bolt-action 12 gauge slug gun. Can’t remember the exact name though. I do know that Tar-Hunt makes a extremely accurate bolt-action slug gun. I have personally shot one and it was un-believable. Only down side was recoil, but still not too bad. After he had a nice recoil pad on it, it wasn’t bad at all. The only bad thing about the Tar-Hunt is the price. They start at $2585.
