IAC lever action shotgun how good are they?

March 8th, 2010 by eranio

Due to my countries law you are not allowed to hunt with semi-auto or pump action shotguns.I currently own an under and over shotgun, I was thinking of buying a IAC 12ga lever shotgun (made in china) are they any good? I will mainly be hunting rabbits and foxes. how do you load the IAC shotgun.Thank You

Joe, if semi-auto and pump shotguns are restricted for hunting in your Country you need to make sure that any kind of ‘repeating’ shotgun is not also restricted. Winchester used to make a lever-action 12 gauge (made famous in the TERMINATOR movies). I’ve actually seen and handled one of these and I was very impressed. I expect that this IAC shotgun you are asking about is probably a copy of the Winchester. That said I’ll add that some Chinese made weapons are really good while other leave something to be desired.

A lever-action shotgun? That sounds intriguing. Which country do you live in?
There should be a loading port somewhere in the gun. If in doubt, try reading the instruction manual.
