Is the Smith and Wesson Hardballer airsoft shotgun use shells or a clip?

My son wants a shell loading air soft shotgun that goes under 300 fps and he really likes the looks of this one but he doesn’t want it if it uses clip.

It’s more than likely that that gun uses a magazine fed magazine. I’m 99.9% sure of it. Airsoft shotguns that use realistic shells to feed ammunition are a bit more expensive, not too bad though. (Maybe 20-30 bucks more.) Plus the guns that use shells are almost always triple-shot guns… at least all of them I’ve seen. Here are a few links to guns that shoot 3 rounds at once and use shells… There’s gotta be one here that your son likes.

***Just a heads up: the Double Eagle shotguns only come with one shell, so you may want to purchase more.
