Maybe you guys can help. How is accuracy percentage measured or computed on Modern Warfare 2?

This sounds simple. the numerator is the number of bullets that hit and the denominator is the number of bullets fired, then times this by 100 which gives you the percentage. However, how bout when using the shotgun. These are small bb’s that impact. Is each bb accounted for? Sounds ridiculous if it is? . How about when using three round burst but the first two bullets are enough to kill and the third bullet hits but shows no impact on the killcam? How about when shooting at helicopters, claymores, and sentry guns.? Do these bullets count?

1 shotgun shell counts as 1 bullet which can be used to your advantage if you hit multiple enemies you get both hits for 1 bullet. Head shot’s also count for 2 hits for 1 bullet i believe and 1 grenade tossed is 1 bullet shot so if you hit 6 people with a frag that’s 6 hits for 1 bullet
