Remington 870 youth magnum shotgun scope?

I have a Remington youth 870 magnum with a slug barrel on it does anyone know how to mount a scope on this gun any help would be greatly appreciated

yes go to rem site it will show you the details ,,, i think it is a side or cantlivered type mount ok thanks eddie

This type of mount straddles the receiver, and is installed through existing screw holes; no drilling or tapping required.

if it isn’t already, you will have to have the receiver drilled and tapped. You then attach the bottom rings, put the scope in the rings, and put the top rings on.

Do not mount a scope on your shotgun.
