I know I just asked a question but I want to restate it… I’m 18 years old and want something for Home Protection that I can also ride around with under my seat for protection. A cop once told me that your Truck is an extension to your home and someone trying to break in your car can be shot just like someone trying to break in your house. If someone Throws a Brick at my window and breaks it, What will happen if I shoot them? (Just wondering). Anyways… What’s a good Pump/Shotgun for Protection at home and in car? I live in an apartment and they do allow weapons here. It’s kind of like a project and people break in cars and things all the time around here. I’m moving in 2 months when lease is up. Thanks in advance and please try to stay in rance of 0-0 for a good gun thanks. 5 star best answer.
Where can I get a Mossberg 500 in New Orleans, La? After reading about them and seeing the youtube videos I want one now, I’m still looking at some others guns as well though.

I am simply curious about guns and stuff in England. Is it possible to simply go and buy a shotgun once you’re over 18? Or any other sort of gun? Not an air rifle or anything, a proper one.

So far I am in the castle part of the game in pro mode. I want to know if it is possible to beat the game with only a shotgun and a sniper. I do not want to run out of ammo for both of these guns. I do not want to use a pistol. If i kill an enemy, will pistol ammo respawn?

What amazing properties do these guns possess that a Remington 870 or Mossberg 500 doesn’t? I’m thinking not much.

First and foremost, I have absolutely no experience with guns or ammunition, so I’m going to need all the help I can get. I’m currently writing a story for a project and am in need of some information relating to firing old and improperly cared for ammo; to be more specific, Shotgun ammo. So, my questions are: What happens if shotgun ammo that’s expiration date has passed is fired? and also, What would happen if wet shells were fired?
Thanks for reading, and possibly answering. I appreciate it!

I am wanting to purchase a Mossberg shotgun at a gunshow tomorrow, and am really liking the Cruiser models, except they come in 12 gauge. I was wondering how you can convert, if possible, a shotgun from 12 to 20 gauge. I know that you convert the barrels on handguns to allow for this, but did not know if that would be the case with shotguns.
Also, if you really want to help me, you can tell me if Mossberg does make the Cruiser in a 20 gauge. The reason I like them is because they are small, sleek, and especially like the pump-strap.
I am wanting to get a shotgun my girlfriend will feel comfortable using, and the 12 is too powerful for that. The 20 will do MORE than the required job of self-defense, and be my play toy when I want to add stuff to it.
Garret…you CAN convert a gun. Glock’s are the easiest guns to convert as you only need to change the barrel. I know this because I HAVE ONE to do it!
I just didn’t know if the same could be done with a shotty…

I have a collection of guns but this time I am on a budget and I want a new gun under 200 dollars. I am over 21 and I want another gun. If you name a rifle or a shotgun name one that shoots multiple bullets or shells after it is loaded. Only list the gun and the price please. 10 points to best answer.

I am currently in the market for a new o/u shotgun to be used strictly for trap/sporting clays/skeet. I am interested in buying a nice gun that will last a lifetime and need some help. I have seen some combo kits on cheaper guns that comes with 12 and 20 gauge barrels. That would be ideal but im not sure how reliable those are. Im looking for something short 26-28" barrel probably. Any help on this issue would be very much appreciated

Are there any that can give shooting lessions?
Walmart no longer sells guns in half of thier markets. The Rochester market being one of them. Try again.

I want a forend for my Remington 870 that’s the same as the one on the shotgun used by Sarah Connor at the end of Terminator 2. It’s also the same shotgun she’s seen holding in the main picture for the TV show "Terminator : Sarah Connor Chronicles". Here’s a link to a picture. I’m pretty sure her gun is also an 870 express magnum.

RDG78, so what? I can’t customize my guns in a way I feel is aesthetically appealing?

Hello, I have a over-under Armsport Shotgun. The model is 2734 short the barrel is 12g. 16′ SK SK short. I was wondering if anyone know much about these guns? Im looking to maybe sell it for a better sport skeet gun but I don’t know if it would be worth it.

I’ve been shooting for quite some time now, as much of my family grew up around guns. I’m 16, but I’ve bought ammo before at gun shows and such, although that was for my nagant. My brother recently bought me a 20 gauge, but I currently only have pheasant shot for it.
In short, can I go to Wal-Mart and buy slugs, although I’m not 18?
Thanks guys.
I live in Florida.

i cannot get the damn thing clean. i am about ready to just buy another barrel. i have run the copper bristle thing through (dont correct me on what its called i really dont give a ****) it and scrubbed the sh*t out of it, and ran about 28 thick patches through it, wet AND dry! and it still has debris and dusty looking material inside the barrel. the lube i use is remoil, and that was just like a soap and water type of thing i was using it for. now i honestly dont know what to do. is there some type of desolvant i can spray in the barrel and leave it there overnight to get the rest of the **** to come up? i am pretty damn frustrated, and ******* HATE cleaning guns after shooting them.
thank you all of you that posted reccomendations for equipment and solevents. i will go to cabelas tomarrow with my credit card!
oh and Patrick i just shot federal’s #8 shot target loads! the 100 for 20 bucks at walmart pack. federal is ALWAYS dirty i know, but ive been shooting them for years and always have been able to clean it to a shine. now i cant get it! and i shot LESS then what usually shot!

Yeah they are both nova pumps, one is a tactical version the other a field version

My bf is looking for this product and the only thing we are finding is not only plastic, but all the metal are for the older model 500. We just went to gun show and they said people stopped making them. We are hoping this isn’t entirely true and someone is selling it. This is our last ditch attempt. I am stupid when it comes to guns, but I remember the movie Jurassic Park when that guy is hunting the raptor. That’s what it looks like. Any help is appreciated!!!

Ps I know it’s not the same gun as that movie I was giving an example that was given to me. I want the stock not the gun!

I recently bought a new camo dipped shotgun for waterfowl hunting. I usually like to put a light coat of oil on my guns when I store them for long periods. Is it ok to oil the camo parts? or if I get oil or cleaning soliventson the gun will it damage the camo finish?

Ok, I know very little about brands and models of guns. I’m looking to buy just a simple 12 gauge for clay pigeon shooting, but I do want to get a decent gun. Any suggestions?
