Looking at the 12 gauge pumps – Maverick 88, Mossberg 500, Remington 870. I’ll consider others if you list them. Specifically I want to know the differences between them. Maverick is a Mossberg company and this model is almost identical to a 500 except the safety is on the front of the trigger guard instead of on the tang. Comparing them side by side I cant see it. The Mossberg has dual extractors where the 870EX only has 1.
