Hello, Is a 2-7X32 Nikon Prostaff a good scope for deer hunting with a 12gauge Mossberg 500 with a fully rifled slug barrel? Will this scope hold up to the recoil? Is it too much power for slug hunting? Is there any better scopes for around 0?
I know I don’t need a scope for deer hunting, but I want and prefer using a scope!

I recently purchased a 12g Benelli Nova from Dick’s. It came with the smooth bore barrel. The guy at the store told me to shoot rifled slugs. Will I be fine with the rifled slugs or should i go with maybe a rifled choke tube or the 24" rifled slug barrel? I can get the choke for like bucks but i dont think 3" of choke is enough rifling to make a difference. And if i go with the barrel, where the hell can I find one? Benelli shows it on there website but there is no button to click if you would like to buy it. I found one website but it was sold forr about 0!!! I paid less for the whole gun.. Any information would be appreciated.

I have a 12 gauge Remington SPR 100 and want a rifled barrel for it but Remington does not have them.So I need to have someone make the barrel so my question is where or how can i get a Rifled Slug barrel made for the Remington SPR 100?

I have a 12 guage remington 870 shotgun with a modified choke. would it be unwise to shoot foster slugs through this gun?
p.s. i dont want to buy a rifled slug barrel… thats why i want to use the foster slugs.
what kind of damage could occur if i shot a foster through a modified choke?
