Is the SPR Line of Remington Shotguns any good?

I am looking at the Remington SPR310 Over & Under shotguns, and they are priced very reasonably!
What is your experience with them?
(I am hearing they are Spartan shotguns imported from Russia and sold under the Remington name… But are they a good shotgun?)
