Im not asking why a shotgun, but why a PUMP shotgun. I am having a hard time deciding what to use for home defense. I already have a Saiga 12 coming. What are the Pro’s and cons of a Saiga 12 w/ intrafuse t6 stock vs a Mossberg 500 w/ pistol grip & buttstock

Are there any decent clip-fed semi-auto shotguns out there? The only one I have seen is the Saiga 12.
How do these shotguns fare in the long run in terms of time? Do they beakdown alot?
Do they function well or is the action under-powered?

First of all which is better for home defense, a 10 gauge or a 12 gauge? Second, what type would you recommend? Some people that I talked to recommended the mossberg 500. How about a saiga 12? Would you recommend one of those?

3) Folding Stock
4) Pistol grip
5) Muzzle Break
I’ve got up to 0 to work with, to buy and accessorize my shotgun. I’m torn between the saiga 12, a mossberg 590A1, remington 1100 tac-4, mossberg 930 road blocker!
