Last year my father bought me my first gun (I was 16 then, first time hunting). He bought me a Mossberg 500 pump-action 20 guage shotgun from our local Dick’s sporting goods store for around 0. when I opened it up it came with the regular barrel and a bird barrel. Also it had a scope on top that came with it. I shot my first buck with that gun and i am planning on keeping it for a long time but my uncle recently bought the same gun and his only came with 1 barrel and no scope. So I was wondering did anyone get the same one as me? It is just a little stock scope that has a see through yellow lens cover with it. Anyone who has this plz tell me.

I have a gun and would like to know what it is worth. There are blue books available that have quotes, but I am not interested in paying for one quote. If anyone could help out it would be much appreciated. If you would, please let me know what source you got the quote from.
Winchester 1897 12 gauge single barrel pump shotgun
Serial no. 227567
The gun is in good working condition, but there is a small crack in the stock, not very noticeable
Thank you!

I went to Benelli, and I do not see a pistol gripped stock for the cordoba. My question is what kind of accesories can I get for my Cordoba? Looking to purchase some self-defense, and hunting accesories. Thank you

I have a Mossberg 20 Ga. The Model number is 185 K-B. The stock has recently been refinished and the barrel is being reblued. I have researched for the value of this gun and the time period it was manufactured. I returned know results, can you please help.

Looking for an affordable (under 0) pump shotgun with a shorter barrel mainly to keep for home defense but would also like to use it for deer hunting with slugs (mostly for thick woods and under 50 yards). Would also want a regular stock, no folding or pistol grip tacticool looking crap. Who the hell needs a laser on a damn shotgun. The ability to put a light would be handy but not necessary.

Basically im intersted in purchasing a Mossberg 500 Cruiser. I was wondering if i had to be 21 to buy it or is it ok to do it if im 18 or older? I live in Michigan by the way so maybe that will help out.
Thank you
Thank you for you answers people, i’m wondering if i buy the gun with a stock and then just buy a pistol grip and put it on myself is that legal? I seem to be getting mixed reviews on it.

i went shopping today for a 12 gauge shotgun with my dad. i picked out a remington 870 super mag sythetic. i noticed the fore-end and stock grip was that of a remington waterfowl gun. does it matter? is there any advantages/disadvantages?

I need a 24" or 26" with rem choke threads for 12 GA remington 870. everywhere I look is either overpriced or out of stock. I doesn’t make sense to me to pay 0 for a barrel to a 0 -350 shotgun.

I have been advised to use a remington 1187. I would just use the modified stock choke for turkey and buy a slug barrel for deer. Is that the best choice? I dont want anything crazy, just a good, reliable and versitile gun.

Usually I would go to Walmart but they now have this dumb rule, 6 boxes per costumer. So I need to know of a good place to buy ammo. I have looked at Dicks Sporting Goods but they dont stock ammo anymore. I have a 12 gauge shotgun and am looking to buy hi brass loads and 7 1/2 game loads. Thanks in Advance!

I was thinking about buying one, as I already have a 590 special purpose, and I love it, but I want a secondary shotgun for another part of my home, in case I’m in another part- I don’t have to worry about running and grabbing my main 12 gauge. So, if you have a Mossberg 500 Tactical, (mind you, the 500 Tactical with the AR telescoping stock) how does it feel for you? Does it fire good? Strong? Reliable as the 590? A good oversight of your opinion would be appreciated.
NOTE: I don’t want to hear about "get this shotgun, or this one" I don’t want that, please stay on the main purpose of my topic title, with that in mind, I look forward to positive and or constructive, critique.

I have decided to buy a cheap airsoft shotgun for some "plinking" with some of my friends and I am stuck between buying the:
Double Eagle M47 A2 (This one has a standard shotgun stock)
OR
Double Eagle M47 D2 (This one has an extendable assault rifle style stock)
Any ideas over which is better?

Okay, my friend purchased a shotgun a couple years ago and now doesn’t need it so he gave it to me. It is actually a Hawk Industries model which is practically the exact same as a Remington 870 only with a different name. Parts are interchangeable. It is the long barrel version and currently only holds three shots, 2+1. I’d like to make it into more of a home defense/ tactical weapon. Any suggestions? I thought about trading it in but the gun shops around here all say they already have too many and couldn’t give a fair price for it. I already replaced the stock to a folding but wanted to know what else I can do and if it is possible to do. As you can tell, this is my first shotgun though I own various pistols and a couple rifles.

I am looking at have some custom work done on a shotgun.
I am looking at having the barrel back bored
Having the forcing cone lengthened
Getting a ported choke.
The entire process should reduce the felt recoil by at least 30-40% combine that with a weighted stock and balance job should reduce the total felt recoil by 50%
They are quoting 5
Any opinions of the company or process, or suggestions?

I am looking at getting a tactical shotgun for home defense. Please only tactical ones. I am not interested in getting a regular sized one, I dont hunt and dont really see myself doing any skeet shooting anytime soon. Also i know it would be easier to re-sell a regular shotgun but i dont see myself selling this. I would prefer one with a normal stock not the pistol grip. If you could please tell my why you reccomend the gun you do and what price range i would be looking at.
