allright i love tactical looking guns and so we have a Remington 870 tactical (folding stock, 18" barrel, etc). so if i wanted to use this for bird hunting, instead of buying a new shotgun, could i just go over to gander mountain and pick up a remington 870 hunting barrel and swap it with the tactical one? would it work?
also, i was thinking about just buying a new hunting shotgun anyway (remington 870 express). can i put tactical foregrips/stocks on this?

Just recently I was given a brand new Remington 870 shotgun as a gift. It is a great gun, and my father was telling me just how many modifications/accessories there are for it. I have been looking on the internet and am trying to find some tactical mods for the gun. For example, surefire light attachment under the barrel, as well as perhaps rail mounts for tactical sights, shorter barrel, stocks, ext? I have found a few on the net, but I am under the impression that you need a diferent version of the 870, true or false? Just any general information about modifying this great weapon is appreciated too. Thanks
Mick

Can I put a tactical stock from another manufacturer on my Benelli R-1 30-06. Are their stocks interchangeable with after market stocks such as Magpul, etc….

The Benelli SuperNova comes in a field version and tactical version. Are the Black Syn. Field and Black Syn. Tactical. Both have comforTech stocks but the tactical has an 18” barrel not 26” or 28”. Is the barrel length the only difference and are the barrels interchangeable.

I own a Benelli Nova and i want my 12 year old brother to shoot it also, and i had noticed that Remington 870s have extendable stocks for sale ranging from 60- 150 dollars. I have checked the benelli website, but i couldn’t find an extendable stock. Do you know any aftermarket parts for Benelli shotguns?

I have a benelli supernova, and was interested in modifying my weapon to a synthetic collapsible stock. Mainly doing it so I can fit the gun into my shoulder pocket better. are there any aftermarket collapsible stocks available for my model? please let me know if there are, and where. thanks.

I have an old 12 gauge s/s shotgun that is missing the wooden forestock. The only marking on the gun is the word "perfection" stamped on the receiver. I know it’s not a real valuable firearm, but it has some sentimental value. Is there a source for "generic" stocks? I have some experience in woodworking, and could probably modify it if necessary.

I’m considering picking up a used shotgun. Trading in a p.o.s. Taurus revolver. The gun store has two used shotguns I like.
1) Smith and Wesson 1200 model autoloader (12 gauge) for 9
2) Franchi I-12 autoloader (12 gauge) with choke set for 9.
Both are black stocks. I know Franchi makes good shotguns. Anyone familiar with S&W shotguns?

I would like a 12 gauge shotgun that is semi auto with a collapsible stock and pistol grip. I however am having issues locating such a thing. Most semi autos that I’ve seen have fixed stocks that I can’t tell if they could be changed out. Then I’ve seen a number of pump shot guns with collapsible stocks. Maybe I’m just not looking in the right places but are there many models out there with these features. Thanks!

Pump, comes with two stocks, normal & pistol Gripped, and multiple barrels.
Really only need info on this weapon, thanks. Yes I know other shotguns are sweeter or whatever.
Ok maybe I’ll ask there. I’ve used benelli m4′s before, yes they’re what the Corps uses, but I’ve never used one of the novas or this model.
