Weatherby SA-08 shotgun?

Wondering if anyone has any experience with this semi-auto shotgun? How it compares, holds up, fires, reliability, durability, etc. Can’t seem to find to many reviews on it. Also if you know how the pump (PA-08) compares to the Remington 870?

I’ve had one for about a year; I really enjoy it, it’s simple, tough, and easy to field clean. The only problem I ever ran into with it is that it required some breaking in for the valve system to work (It wouldn’t eject the spent shells,) but that problem went away after I ran a few boxes of shells through it. Overall, good gun, especially for a foreign made, I’d recommend it. As for the pump issue, nothin beats the 870; my dad had his for 15 years, handed it down to me, and I used it for another 8 years. Sold it and it was still in great condition, and fired just as well as the first time.

Its a rebranded 299.00 Traditions ALS 2100 Field from Turkey with a little better checkering…….C an’t expect much for 400.00 in a autoloader since Weatherby guns go for thousands.
Rem 870 beats it by a mile…….go with a 870.

Bought it in 12 gauge. very dissapointed . several misfires and problems with cycling. called the company and they replied with "well it only takes certain kind of shells " Ive tried almost everything and still same problems . I will be sending it back for inspection hopefully they can take care of the problem. Ruined my dove hunting season!!!!!!!
