What are the shotgun shells with rubber slugs called ?

Do they make a shotgun 2 3/4" shell for general public use that is loaded with rubber shot or slug ? What are they called ?
Are these LTL shells available to the public ?

LTL (less than lethal), although a carefully placed rubber slug can be fatal.

Now days they are referred to as less than lethal rounds because of legal implications. They used to be called non-lethal or riot control rounds.
And yes, you can buy these on the open market, check with sportsmansguide.com, that’s where I got a 25 round box of Fiochi 12 Ga rubber buckshot loads. It’s been a while since I bought them so they may or may not still be available.

Yes, those types of ammuntion are available, but to the best of my knowledge, they are only made in 12 gauge. A company called Sellier and Bellot manufactures this type of ammo and they can be ordered online from an online retalier called Cheaper Than Dirt. Link provided below.
