What do you think about 500 Mossberg 12 Gauge Shotgun Pump-Action style?

I had a Mossberg 500 for about 3 months. I sold it when I was short of $$. I bought a Maverick 88 to replace it, and I would much rather have that 500 back.
They are excellent shotguns. They feed like butter, point nice, and can take anything you put in ‘em.
Sounds like the one you picked out would be pretty sweet!

YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THIS GUN! i have a mossy 500… mine is a cruiser for home defense but i have also hunted with a friends 500, very reliable and adaptable to whatever you need, from a slug gun to a duck gun back down to a home defender. i would suggest a $20 pistol grip and $80 18.5" cylinder bore for home defense instead of letting it sit on a rack until you hunt. i would put my life on the line with this gun alone! in an emergency i could protect myself from almost any adversary and get food to survive on… hell, i bet you could even find water with this gun,lol! just kidding, but this is a great gun!…

An Excellent choice and a Great well made, Reasonably priced, Serviceable Shotgun.* It does what all the others do, but for a lot less $$$$.*
