What is the best team to use in madden 07?

my friend uses atlanta and usually throws the long ball using shotgun w/ 5wr and runs it with dunn and vick, so i need a good defense to stop him and yeah a good offense as well where i can scramble if needed to, so any help? as of late ive been using eagles and been losing to him by a touchdown everytime, is there a better team to use?

Hey man same problem with me. Wht i’ve been doing is Using the Bengals. There defense is good. and their Qb Palmer is awsome. and they have great WR Johnson. and u can create a fast Qb if you want.

I would have to say go with the Colts. They’re an all-around team, with great offense (P. Manning), and some really good defence.
But, what I always say… If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. So… In your case:
If you can’t beat your friend with defense. Do it with offence just like him.

my best guess it to go with the new england pats or the steelers. the dolphins have always had a punishing defense since 00. The ravens will probably be the best to use cause you got ed reed and you got ray lewis. McNair is a scrambler so use that team.

I’ve been running with the ravens for about two months. They have a decent offense with Mcnair and a stud defense with enough coverage to make sure there is pressure on vick so that that five receiver set won’t work. You could also use the colts. There have a good offense to move down field with the only problem is defense which if you play containment a lot with your line and backers then you should be able to minimize vick running around.

i’ve won most of my games with the bears, although the QB position (Rex Grossman) might hurt me at times on the offence side… the defence the bears have is somewhat similiar to eagles defence, but with better defensive players
The cowboys also helped me every now and then, only because (probably a glitch) but Romo somehow had surpassed Peyton Manning because of his ability to scramble(no i did not download any gamesaves or cheats… in case u’r wondering)
