they are toys, there is not enough power in those plastic bb’s to make this happen. If there was such an air soft toy out there, you would have to undergo a FBI background check, and kids would not be playing cops and robbers with them.
This is also the hunting section and you my friend watch too much tv and have too high of hopes for any of those toys you are talking about.

AirSoft guns are designed to be basically harmless.
"Fall to the Ground" implies otherwise.
The "soft" part should have clued you in.

Despite what the "GUN GODS" on Yahoo Answers claim, Airsoft guns will break the skin and leave some nasty welts. I have a G&G GR-16 with an upgraded gearbox and it runs about 480fps and with just a t-shirt it does sting like a SOB. I would imagine unloading a full mid cap magazine on full auto I would drop to one knee from the pain.

My Remington shotgun (IDK the model bought it to go to akids bday party) will do that it packs a wallop. Broke a kids skin through a leather glove.

some more powerfully guns can break the skin and or leave bruises, but there are none that can knock you to the ground.

Well I shouldn’t answer because I’m sure you’re going to be using this for the wrong intentions.
Sorry kiddos; revenge with airsoft guns is dumb.
but 300fps would be decent, but single shot isn’t going to do much for you, you would need auto for that.
