It’s been a while since I took apart a model 12. they are much the same. At the front of the pump on the magazine tube,there is a pin, push it out ,part way,now the tube should turn and pull partly out. The final is a half twist of the barrel and the tube,it should be apart if memory serves me. I hope I remembered right.
