Look over the Mossberg 930 SPX……

Of course this is a zombie shotgun (just kidding).. a shotgun more suited for security, home defense and police work…. It accepts 2 3/4 or 3 inch cartridges…
If a hunting semi-auto is what your after then surely consider a Mossberg 930 semi-auto shotgun…..

I am not a fan of huge recoil so personally avoid 3 1/2 inch cartridges – but if this is what you wan then look over the Mossberg 935 Magnum Auto-loader…..

These Mossbergs shotguns are reasonable priced and decently reliable……

semi auto? now you are just contradicting yourself.
i guess you want the type with the round barrel and that has an option of both semi and auto.
go to your local gunshop they should help you.

I happen to have a Weatherby Centurion 12 ga. auto and I love it, but If I had it to do over I’d buy a Remington 1100. Today, the Benelli looks good too.

to be perfectly honest with you unless your idea of cheap is in the $1000 range you wont find a quality new 3 1/2 inch semi auto at a ‘cheap’ price. but one thing to look at is used shotguns. i work at a gander mountain store and in the last 2 weeks we put out a winchester sx3 at $650, a benelli super black eagle ii at $800, and two browning golds one at $500 and one at $550. they were all in great shape and all meet your criteria. so my advice to you is to call or stop by a local gun shop and see what they have for used firearms. and if you do live near a gander mountain and dont see something you like in store ask them to check the inventory of the 100+ other stores cause they are still able to get them shipped in.
hope this helps

well cheap isnt going to get you what you asked. some brownings models are good but i say the benelli super black eagle is probobly the number one shotgun when it comes to semi auto and it does hold all the shells u wanted but it will cost u a pretty penny

The Benelli SBE II and Vinci are both nice, but they aren’t cheap. The Stoger shotguns are pretty nice, i would shoot one. They are imported from overseas by Benelli. They range in price from $300 to $600.

You should check out a Remington 1187. I just got one about 2 months ago and love it. Shoots everything up to 3 1/2. Very solid, well made gun. Mine come in all black and set me back about $575.
